Digital delivery

All products are digital. There’s nothing physical to ship. Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive download links on the confirmation screen and by email to the address you used at checkout.

Getting your files

Check your inbox (and spam/promotions folders) for your download email. Some products are delivered as a PDF that links to a template (for example, a Notion or Canva link) — just click through to copy it to your own account. Files are yours to keep and re-download for [e.g., 60 days] via your link.

Trouble downloading?

If a link doesn’t work or you can’t find your files, email [Support Email] and we’ll get them to you fast.

Refunds

Because our products are instant digital downloads, all sales are generally final. However, we stand behind what we make: if your product is faulty, you received the wrong item, or you’re genuinely unhappy, contact us at [Support Email] within 30 days of purchase and we’ll make it right — whether that’s fixing the issue or offering a refund at our discretion.
